  Went in to inquire about purchasing a memory foam mattress , as soon as I walked in a gentleman approached me and started helping me which was fine. The issue is half way through the conversation he all of a sudden passes me off to Sue, no explanation no reason just here’s Sue and she will look after you? I guess he thought I wasn’t worth his time. Well went to Ashley’s furniture got great service and bought a new bed. Sleep country won’t get my money or time again

  Absolutely terrible. DO NOT SHOP AT SLEEP COÙNTRY. Bought a new bed for my 88 year old father. Paid for set-up, delivery and disposal of the old bed

  Got delivery only (they refused to take old bed away). New stuff left in the living room and now im told maybe tomoro they will come get it. Total BS and run around. NEVER, EVER, WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!°

  Puchased a dormeo memory foam matress about 9 Mos ago, now trying to have someone come and examine it because one side is sagging, but just keep getting the run around saying we have to send in pictures!!!! I hope this does go public.....because I will never buy another thing from them nor will I refer them to anyone....in fact I'll warn ppl to stay away from them ....

  Warranty does nothing after jumping through many hoops. It is all done electronically through pictures and measurements you take and send digitally. No personal interaction at all.
