  I went to the branch several days ago for an appointment at 10 am. I had to hear different stories from different persons I met there. one told me I called back to changed my time to noon; the other one said I sent an e-mail for that. They just made excuses with no apology. I have never called or sent an e-mail ever. They ruined my weekend morning with no apology. moreover this is not a first time I experienced embarrassing situations. They have never apologized even they have never admitted their mistakes. The other day I came to take some funds out of my RESP, the officer made a significant mistake so I had to revisit to straighten it out.It is time to switch my banks. Mistakes can happen any time any where but their attitude is not professional at all. Even their manners are very rude. they don't deserve any star for their poor performance.

  This branch is single-handedly responsible for me ending a 30 year relationship with Scotiabank who, prior to this, had been the only banking institution I'd ever used and trusted. Absolutely terrible, non-existent customer service. It's clear that at this branch they don't care about their customers. Awful, absolutely unprofessional. The only recommendation I would give about this branch is that every steer clear. This branch is a huge black mark against the Scotiabank name and the company would be appalled if they knew that this is how the branch represented them.

  Great service at this location, always treated with a warm welcome and happy employees. Only downside is the hours of operations. Coming from TD/RBC it is hard to do business if you have a 9-5 M-F job.
